How can I tell what type or style of label I am currently using?
We have descriptions and photos of most of our best selling labels and forms on our Featured Products page. Please check there before placing your order to make sure the style you choose is right for you. [back to top of page]
I'm running low on my labels. Can you ship me just one case to hold me over until the rest of the order is printed?
Because each label order we receive is custom, we are unable to print a single box and finish the job at a later or more convenient time. We are able to keep the cost of our labels to a minimum by maintaining a regular production schedule that groups common label styles and colors. However, we may have your label style as a blank which can be ordered and shipped immediately. Please see our Stock Items page for a complete listing of our blank label styles. [back to top of page]
My pharmacy is changing names, software, printers, etc. Can I get a smaller quantity of my current label style?
Our standard quantity for custom label orders is 25,000. However, we do understand that sometimes a pharmacy may encounter a situation where 25,000 is simply too many labels . Call our Customer Service Department at 800-233-7828 and they will be more than happy to accommodate you. [back to top of page]
At this time, we do not accept credit cards. All invoices are payable within thirty days from date of invoice by cash, check, or money order. [back to top of page]
I just placed an order. When can I expect to receive my labels?
Our standard delivery is four to six weeks. In most cases, we ship sooner! [back to top of page]
Why does it take 4 to 6 weeks if you've made my order before?
Our production schedule allows for every style of label we manufacture to run within a four to six week cycle. By doing so, every custom order we receive is guaranteed to run within four to six weeks including new orders, exact repeats, and even orders with copy changes. [back to top of page]
What happens if I run out of labels?
Notify our Customer Service department immediately. They will promptly find out when your order is expected to ship. If we're not able to get your printed order shipped right away, we will work with you to explore alternatives. We may have your label style as a blank which can be ordered and shipped immediately. Please see our Stock Items page for a complete listing of our blank label styles. [back to top of page]
Because we have found a rush charge to be cost prohibitive to our customers and because it may jeopardize ship dates we've already committed to, we do not offer a rush charge. As always, we will take your special needs into consideration so that we may offer you the best possible ship date. [back to top of page]
How can I save money on my pharmacy labels?
Consider increasing the size of your label order, switching to standard colors, changing to Smudge Proof Litho Stock (if you have KromeKoated stock currently) or switching to a fan folded label from a rolled label. Ask your Customer Service Representative for other suggestions when placing your order. [back to top of page]
I'd like to increase the size of my order, but I lack the storage space for the additional labels. What can I do?
Long on the desire to avoid interruptions in your label supply but short on storage space to accommodate ordering early? Take advantage of our Delayed Shipment Program! Order your labels in anticipation of your need, save money by ordering a larger quantity , and we'll ship them when you think you'll need them. Though we offer prompt turnaround and delivery, why wait until you open your last box of labels to place your order? Set your mind at ease by placing an order of your labels on our shelf so that a fresh supply will be ready precisely when you need them! [back to top of page]
